Tata Power profit jumps 17% in Q4

TATA POWER BEAT estimates to post a net profit of ₹1,043 crore in Q4 of FY25, a 16.5% jump over ₹895 crore it reported in Q4FY24.
Analysts had predicted a net profit of ₹1,022 crore.
Its revenues were in line with analyst estimates. It posted revenues of ₹17,096 crore, posting a jump of 7.9% over ₹15,847 crore in Q4FY24. The company posted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) of ₹3,246 crore, which was 39.2% higher than what it posted in Q4FY24. Analysts had predicted EBITDA of ₹3,116 crore.
