US probes Netflix tactics on Warner deal

THE US JUSTICE Department is investigating Netflix’s tactics as it looks into the streaming company’s agreement to buy Warner Bros Discovery’s studios and HBO Max streaming service, the Wall Street Journal reported.
The agency is asking competitors whether Netflix has engaged in uncompetitive tactics, according to a subpoena seen by the newspaper. The subpoena was sent to another entertainment company that wasn’t identified. “Describe any other exclusionary conduct on the part of Netflix that would reasonably appear capable of entrenching market
