Yet, a critical gap persists between intent and the tangible execution required to generate sustainable advantage. According to NetApp's 2025 AI Space Race Report, nearly 90% of global CEOs and IT executives believe their organizations are mostly ready to sustain AI-driven transformation. Yet only 32% say they're truly ready. Thus, to move from experimentation to transformation, organizations need a smarter approach to scale—one that treats AI as a core business capability rather than a standalone technology initiative.
