I felt pressure to present crime story sensitively, says Gold star

Martini, 32, plays Marnie Palmer, the wife of John Palmer — dubbed “Goldfinger” for his role in melting down gold bullion taken in the notorious 1983 Brink’s-Mat raid.

The show is a fictionalised account of the raid, one of the most famous in British criminal history, which saw those involved stumble across bullion worth £26 million.
