Rape victim plied with drugs and alcohol

COURT officials heard how a man planned out his crimes, plying his rape victim with alcohol and drugs.

Peter McGinnes, pictured, denied raping the woman and indecently assaulting a child, but he was found guilty of the offences by jurors at Lincoln Crown Court.
The 65-year-old appeared at the court on Wednesday, May 14, in relation to the historic cases in Woodhall.
He was sentenced to a total of 13 years in prison.
Eight of these were for the rape and five for the indecent assault, which will be served consecutively.
