It's Wicked that witches are back

Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande are back on the big screen in Wicked: For Good (PG) in the region.
Following the phenomenal success of the first feature film adaptation of the Broadway musical, this is the second by director Jon M. Chu.
And, again, it explores Elphaba, the future Wicked Witch of the West and her relationship with Glinda, the Good Witch of the North.
It is showing on the Annan Lonsdale Cinema screens today, Monday and Wednesday at 4.30pm, 7pm and 7.35pm; tomorrow at 12.30pm, 2.05pm, 3.40pm, 7pm and 7.35pm; Sunday at noon, 1.30pm, 3pm and 6pm; Tuesday at 12.45pm, 4.30pm and 7.35pm; Thursday at 4.30pm and 7.35pm.
There are also some special events screening in some of the region's cinemas this week.
National Theatre Live: The Fifth Step (15) comes to the Robert Burns Centre Film Theatre on Thursday at 7pm and Sunday at 1.45pm.
