RSPCA bid to inspire future workers

THE RSPCA has launched a virtual work experience programme to inspire the next generation of animal welfare workers.

Working in collaboration with the UK's leading social mobility charity, Speakers for Schools, the animal charity is offering an exclusive insight into its vital work for young people aged 14-19.

Taking place between June 23-25, the three-day online Virtual Work Experience (VWEX) event aims to inspire students about potential careers at the RSPCA, as students consider their future.

The agenda features speakers from across society, delivering informative and interactive workshops on a range of topics, including:

■ The role of an RSPCA inspector;

■ Animal voice;

■ Preventing animal cruelty;

■ Jobs In media at the RSPCA;
