Woman opens case of rape after cruise-ship ordeal

A KRAAIFONTEIN musician has opened a case of rape against her colleague after claming that she was sexually assaulted aboard the MSC Musica.
ASSAULT: The mother worked on the MSC Musica
The 29-year-old mother alleges that after signing a six-month contract to perform alongside the man, she was violated while the ship was on the Spanish/ Portuguese route.
Police spokesperson Captain FC Van Wyk confirmed the case, saying: “Kindly be advised that the mentioned case number is a rape case registered at Strandfontein SAPS for investigation.
“This case will be transferred to Mitchells Plain FCS for further investigation. Investigations continues, no arrest as yet.”
