MAN'S BODY FOUND IN A BIN

LOTUS River residents made a shocking discovery yesterday morning when the body of an adult man was found dumped inside a wheelie bin in front of Stephen Road Primary School.
The body was found around 7.30am in Stephen Road and it is believed that the deceased lived in Lotus River.
Police spokesperson Sergeant Wesley Twigg confirmed that the matter surrounding the discovery of the body is under investigation and arrests are yet to be made.
Twigg reported: “Grassy Park police registered a murder case for investigation after the body of an unknown adult male was found in a wheelie bin on Thursday morning, 20 November 2025, at about 7.30pm in Stephan Road, Lotus River.
