Sundowns coach Cardoso is proud of his boys despite Club World Cup exit

MAMELODI Sundowns coach Miguel Cardoso said his team could return to South Africa with their heads held high despite exiting the Club World Cup in the group stage on Wednesday.

Downs were held to a goalless draw by a very defensive Brazilian outfit Fluminense in their final Group F match in the US to finish third with four behind - three points behind group winners Borussia Dortmund and one behind Fluminense, who advanced to the last 16.
