ALLEGED cartel dik ding Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala claims former police minister Bheki Cele demanded a helse R1 million from him — and that he handed over some of the “bribe” in cash, stuffed in black Woolworths bags.
Speaking before the Ad Hoc Committee investigating systemic corruption within South Africa’s law enforcement agencies yesterday, Matlala wysed he had paid Cele over R500 000 in cash bribes.
