Pep puts Kev in all-time top two

- by IAN WHITTELL

KEVIN DE BRUYNE will bid farewell to Manchester City tonight with Pep Guardiola ranking him second only to Lionel Messi in his list of all-time greats.

The Belgian brings down the curtain on a successful decade with the club against Bournemouth in a clash City must win to keep the race for Champions League places in their own hands.

There will be a guard of honour and celebrations after the game to mark his last home game, even though Guardiola has not confirmed whether De Bruyne, 33, will start.

But he leaves City with his legendary boss ranking him as the second best passer he has ever seen... after Messi.
