PEOPLE living near a Marmite factory say they have grown to love the smell.
The yeast-based spread is famous for splitting opinion. Now neighbours living in Burton upon Trent, Staffs, have revealed the earthy, eggy odour from the product’s 121-year-old factory has won many of them over.
