JUDGE RULES SHE WAS A VICTIM OF SEX HARASSMENT
WINKING at a female worker can be classed as sexual harassment, a tribunal has ruled.
The judgment came in the case of waitress Jenna Almussawi, who was awarded £41,535 after her treatment at the hands of restaurant boss Wejdi Moussa.
