I HAVE anxiety and depression, and started a new job last year.

Dear James,
Due to bad experiences with former employers after being upfront about my mental health I didn’t mention it in interviews or when I took this job.
Recently I have started to struggle again and was told my probation period is being extended due to me missing targets.
