Pascal spares Farke blushes
PASCAL STRUIJK edged Leeds nervously into the second round after League One Shrewsbury threatened a huge shock at Elland Road.
Midfielder Taylor Perry fired the Shrews ahead with a fierce deflected strike in the 28th minute for his first goal since arriving this summer.
Daniel Farke’s men were booed off at the break but a half-time rocket from their German manager saw Leeds seize control early in the second half.
