Space boffs believe Red Planet marks point to biology'

BOFFINS say they have discovered the “clearest” evidence so far that there was once life on Mars.

Nasa's Perseverance Rover found tiny rocks last year in a dusty dried-up riverbed on the Red Planet dotted with markings.

Scientists said the marks, nicknamed leopard spots and poppy seeds, were the type typically made by “something biological”.
