VLAD JAM PLOT RISKED AIR CRASH'
RUSSIA is being blamed after EU chief Ursula von der Leyen's jet was sabotaged in midair.
The plane carrying the European Commission president was forced to land after its GPS systems failed.
It lost all electrical navigation aids when approaching Plovdiv airport in Bulgaria.
After circling for an hour, the pilot landed safely using paper maps.
