Morris stuns City with late leveller for Rams

CARLTON MORRIS scored a late equaliser as Derby snatched a lucky first point of the season.

The Rams looked to be heading bottom of the Championship after Scott Twine’s first-half effort put Bristol City in control. But Derby, who had created next to nothing, levelled four minutes from the end as Morris bundled home his third goal in three games.

The Derby hero said: “The Championship is stronger than ever so it’s great to get a first point on the board.

“The players and staff have been incredible and I’m so proud I’ve scored three in three games.”
