RACHEL Reeves has warned of upcoming tax hikes as she blamed Lettuce Liz and Brexit for Britain's economic woes.

The Chancellor acknowledged she was looking at potential tax rises and spending cuts to fill a black hole in her Budget on November 26.

She argued that the economy was still suffering from leaving the EU, austerity policies and Lettuce Liz Truss' disastrous mini-budget.
