Moyes: Rice was a steal at £100m

DAVID MOYES believes Mikel Arteta shortchanged him by £50million when he took Declan Rice to Arsenal from West Ham.

Then Hammers boss, Moyes could not prevent Arsenal taking Rice (right) for around £100m.

Moyes said: “I thought Declan was £150m. At the time it was £100m and I thought we didn’t get enough at West Ham. We had offered Declan huge contracts but we couldn't get him to stay.”
