THE troubled police unit in which murderer Wayne Couzens and rapist David Carrick served is being given a clear-out.

Met Police Deputy Assistant Commissioner Laurence Taylor said a third of its staff have been moved. And he hopes that more than two-thirds of the Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection Command will be new by 2025.
