Why do many men with beards, today, also speak with artificially deep voices that make them sound like Mr. Bean?

Junk food adds for children to be banned from January. A good idea, we all want children to eat healthily. I hope the government will bring in a rule banning all junk tv shows being shown before midnight. anon
