'Life and soul' is nasty in private

GOING anywhere with my girlfriend is a hoot.

She's the life and soul of every gathering. We're constantly invited to weddings, parties and meals as she’s such good fun.

She likes a drink, she's witty and she’s always the first up on the dance floor getting things going.

Recently a friend moved her June 2026 wedding day because the date clashed with a work trip my girl is taking to Canada.

The wedding is now taking place in September simply to accommodate the huge personality that is my plus one.

Unhappy

People assume that she’s as fun and vivacious at home but she's increasingly cruel and dismissive towards me. I put on a smile to the outside world but I'm extremely unhappy behind closed doors.
