Ladybirds go down a swarm

BRITAIN is being invaded by giant swarms of ladybirds.

Folk across the country have flooded social media with pics of windows and doors splattered with the tiny red bugs.

One posted on X: “I don’t know what's going on but there’s loads of ladybirds outside casually swarming around my house!”

Another wrote: “Ladybirds, everywhere! Is this the equivalent of flying ant day?”
