MODEL Kelly Brook has been "fattening herself up" ahead of entering the jungle.

The 45-year-old said she had planned to boost her fitness ahead of the show.

But she admitted: "I said I was going to go to the gym and do some big hikes. I haven't done any of that.

"I have also been fattening myself up in the run-up as I've been having chocolate, roast dinners and a few glasses of wine."

She is "dreading" eating challenges but knows they will provide "good protein intake".
