Kam KO a new blow for Emery

ASTON VILLA midfielder Boubacar Kamara is expected to miss the rest of the season through injury.

Kamara, 26, suffered a knee injury in the ninth minute of Aston Villa's 2-1 FA Cup third round win at Tottenham (limping off, above) earlier this month.

Villa boss Unai Emery (below) revealed on Sunday that he expected an update on Kamara this week.

But he now looks set to be without the Frenchman as Villa battle for a top-four finish in the Premier League and success in Europe. Kamara has reportedly undergone further tests and will be sidelined for the remainder of the campaign.
