NARGES Rashidi says playing Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe for a new drama was the toughest role of her career.

The actress had to film plenty of gruelling scenes and that took its toll.

She said: "Emotionally it was probably the most demanding role I've ever played.

"We were shooting incredibly tense scenes, day after day.
