MATT BLOOMFIELD expects the Championship relegation battle to go to the wire after his Luton side gave their survival hopes a massive boost.

Bloomfield's side remain in the bottom three despite the win but only goal difference separates them from the Rams.

And with just three games left, Town boss Bloomfield is bracing himself for a tension-filled end to the season.

He said: "Nothing is done yet. We are in there fighting and we have given ourselves a chance.

"I keep getting asked when the picture at the bottom will get sorted and I don't know.

"It could go right down to the wire and I think it probably will."
