Thomas vow to find route to glory

- BY ALASDAIR GOLD

THOMAS FRANK is adamant Tottenham's season is not turning into a “catastrophe” - despite Randal Kolo Muani narrowly escaping serious injury in a car crash yesterday.

The Spurs forward, 27, who is on loan from Paris St-Germain, was driving from the club's Enfield training ground to Stansted Airport to catch the team flight to Germany for Tottenham's Champions League decider at Eintracht Frankfurt.

It was en route to the airport that Muani (right) was involved in an accident that left the right-hand side of his Ferrari smashed, his windscreen cracked and his airbag deployed.

Teammate Wilson Odobert was in a car a short distance behind Kolo Muani on the motorway and pulled over to check that he was OK after the accident.

Tottenham head coach Frank explained that the duo were set to join the squad on a later flight last night.
