SIR Keir Starmer claims Reform would crash the economy just like Lettuce Liz Truss did - turning leader Nigel Garage into Nigel Cabbage.

The PM visited the north-west to try to snatch the limelight back from Reform which has had a surge in popularity.

He highlighted that Garage said the mini-budget that ended Truss's premiership "was the best since 1986".
