EDDIE HOWE told his critics to save their breath after Anthony Gordon fired Newcastle to their first Champions League win of the campaign.

The Magpies smashed four past Union St-Gilloise as they bounced back in style from losing painfully late to Arsenal on Sunday.
Gordon scored two penalties while Nick Woltemade and Harvey Barnes also netted.
Newcastle were branded "idiots" by Bayern Munich legend Karl-Heinz Rummenigge for handing over £69m for German striker Woltemade.
But the giant hitman took his tally to three goals in six outings for his new club last night.
