MILLIONS of Brits are feared to be using fat jabs without a prescription - and sharing them with friends and family.

More than two in five adults on the slimming drugs admitted buying them online without being officially authorised by a GP.

And more than a third confessed to obtaining treatments like Wegovy and Mounjaro jabs from a pal or relative.
