BUSTED'S Matt Willis says fans should take their lyrics with a pinch of salt.

The drummer has crushed tens of thousands of followers' beliefs by revealing there was never a Miss McKenzie fling that they sang about in What I Go To School For! Matt told me: "I think people can take things too literally. This was just a teenager's fantasy - at the time that was all it was.

"It wasn't real. Sometimes people had crushes on teachers - I know I did - but it's not real.
