EBERE EZE scored his first FA Cup goal to leave his knockout specialist boss Oliver Glasner a happy man.

The Crystal Palace and England forward scored in the fourth minute to see off battling Stockport.

Glasner won two Austrian Cups as a player and the Europa League while in charge of Eintracht Frankfurt and he showed his desire for success by naming a strong side.

But there is now mystery over the future of Trevoh Chalobah after the Chelsea loanee, rumoured to be heading back to Stamford Bridge, was left out despite earlier indications that he would play.

Glasner said: "It is not easy to explain but it's a contractual issue we had to take care of.
