GARY Lineker is at the centre of a new storm after being shortlisted for a National Television Award.
The former Match Of The Day host, 64, is up for the TV Presenter gong despite his controversial exit from the BBC.
It is the first time Lineker - who left after a row over his social media posts - has had a nod since 2017.
