PARALYMPIC champion Ellie Simmonds has thanked fans for support after the airing of a documentary about reuniting with her birth mother.

The ex-Strictly star, who has achondroplasia dwarfism, also said thanks to those involved in the film who had “shed a light into disability and adoption”.
