JEREMY Clarkson said he'd had a "S*** week" after being plunged into a double near-death drama.
First he revealed he underwent a 999 op on his heart to clear a blocked valve after falling ill on an Indian Ocean island holiday.
Medics told the Clarkson's Farm presenter he had been just "days away" from dying.
As he recovered at home one of his beloved dogs fell seriously ill and needed surgery.
