Parker praises middleman Josh
SCOTT PARKER will deploy his midfield diamond at Coventry today as Burnley look to reach the Championship summit.
The Clarets are locked in a three-horse race for the automatic promotion spots with Sheffield United and Leeds.
Three points at the CBS Arena this lunchtime could take them top, albeit temporarily.
But when Parker mentions diamonds he is not talking tactics, he's referring to Josh Cullen.
The Republic of Ireland international has been a key figure at Turf Moor since his arrival from Anderlecht in 2022. And his boss has been impressed, on and off the field, by the midfield ace.
Parker said: "Josh Cullen is an absolute diamond of a human being.
