BUTCHER boy Leo Darrelatour couldn’t get time off work - but still helped Catalans make mincemeat of winless Huddersfield.

The winger, 24, has been working in Dragons owner Bernard Guasch’s abattoir after switching codes.

But he got his Super League debut yesterday and scored a try as the French side hit bottom-placed Giants with a seventh straight defeat.

Catalans boss Steve McNamara said: “Leo works for Bernard's factory. He starts at 4.30 in the morning and so we asked for him to train with us all week.

“But because it’s Easter coming up, Bernard couldn't afford to let him come away!

“So we had him Wednesday and Friday, for two training sessions, but that's the type of kid he is. He's played really well for our reserve grade and come in and scored.
