TWO-GOAL Morgan Whittaker admitted his relief as Middlesbrough ended a seven-and-a-half hour goal drought to rekindle their top two hopes.

Boro climbed back up to second with a first win in five, cutting Coventry's lead to six points as they put the Saints to the sword with a sizzling four-goal second-half salvo. Whittaker took his season's goal tally into double figures, with Sammy Silvera and Sunderland loanee Alan Browne also on the scoresheet.
