BILLY LOUGHNANE spoke of his ecstasy after clinching his first Group One success on Rebel’s Romance yesterday.
The pair grinded it out to win the 155th Grosser Preis von Berlin at Hoppegarten.
Godolphin’s seven-year-old began his Group One haul in the German contest in 2022 and three years on he was back to strike at the highest level.
Rebel’s Romance was always up with the pace and kept tabs on Andre Fabre’s Junko.
