JOEY Barton has told a jury he is the victim of a "political prosecution".
-
The ex-footballer is alleged to have "crossed the line" with Tweets about broadcaster Jeremy Vine and football pundits Lucy Ward and Eni Aluko.
But he told Liverpool Crown Court it was just "a spat between celebrities".
