Jake's happy to have quick turnaround

ENGLAND have not had long to dwell on Saturday's 26-6 Ashes defeat - but centre Jake Wardle thinks that's a good thing.

Making himself accountable, Wardle is ready to go up against the Green and Gold machine once again in a door-die clash at Everton's Hill Dickinson Stadium this Saturday.

And for the Halifax native, 26, it's very much a case of ‘bring it on’, with Shaun Wane' England dusting themselves down after the disappointment of Wembley and ready to put in a more physical and clinical account and keep the Test series alive.

“That's the beauty of it - it’s do or die this week,’ he said.
