KIERAN TIERNEY is in line for a shock Arsenal recall 16 months after his last appearance for the club.

But manager Mikel Arteta admits the Scotland full-back does not have the right make-up for his preferred approach.

Arteta could be without up to seven players against Monaco tonight, leading to a possible recall for Tierney.

And that might lead to a tweak in tactics so the 27-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Real Sociedad, is not found out.
