BENJAMIN SESKO watched on from the Old Trafford stands as Rasmus Hojlund’s Manchester United future remained hanging by a thread.

The Slovenian striker completed his £73.5million move from Red Bull Leipzig yesterday morning and was presented to the 65,103 crowd before kickoff.

He was given a rapturous welcome by his new supporters - and well he might as United come off their worst goalscoring campaign in over half a century.

But, with Sesko not starting United's final friendly, Ruben Amorim snubbed Hojlund, leaving him out of his starting lineup for a second-straight warm-up game.
