ELLIOT DALY reckons he gave up thinking about rugby on the pitch years ago thanks to former boss Eddie Jones.

The versatile Daly returns to England's starting line-up for the first time since last year's Six Nations for today's clash with Italy at Twickenham.

Daly is in at full-back where he hasn't started since 2021 in a Test but had an extended run there under Jones, which included England's march to the 2019 World Cup final.
