Arne's after shocks

- by SIMON MULLOCK

ARNE SLOT wants to feel the earth move at Anfield again and again.

Liverpool's boss was stunned by the reaction to his team's Premier League triumph last weekend, as the Reds clinched the title with a five-goal avalanche against Tottenham that was greeted with so much passion it caused a number of small earthquakes.

According to scientists at the local university, there was a seismic shift measuring 1.74 on the Richter scale when Alexis Mac Allister's equaliser prompted the first scenes of hysteria.

There were more earth tremors to greet each of Liverpool's further four goals - and Slot has admitted that he has been shocked by the magnitude of the city's celebrations.

Slot said: "I heard that story (about the earthquakes). It happened when Mo scored as well?

"It's definitely true that now we've experienced this once we know why we come in every single morning for training and to achieve things like this.
