MOTHERWELL manager Michael Wimmer insists he needs to find the right balance between work and rest during the international break.

Wimmer has overseen four games, winning two and drawing one, since being appointed as Stuart Kettlewell’s successor at the Steelmen.

The German is still implementing his ideas and reckons his squad are willing to put in the hard graft on the training pitch as they get used to his methods.
