But asked for an update on his contract situation, the midfielder said: “It's my agent who will deal with that. I'm just focused on what I'm doing, I'll take it day by day and game by game.

“I wasn't really aware of what was going on (in the window). I was just focusing on the football and what I had to do on the pitch.
